Reflections on the River. "I took a little canoe trip down The Hay River from the Norwegian bridge. Paddling only to steer. Silently listening to nothing and everything at the same time. Being just as surprised by a critter around the next bend as they are from you. Trying to be silent and invisible. Coasting up to deer in the river as they try to determine if you’re a threat. Some places on the river you can just feel the magic. You have to stop, look around, and let it soak in."  Todd Snyder
