Digital Ad (3 month)
Ad size is 3.9"W x 2"H. All digital ads are in color and run for three months. File formats accepted are png or hi-res jpg. Upload screen-ready files (https://www.hayriver-review.com/advertise) or email them to Ads.HayRiverReview@gmail.com.
Each contract also includes:
◦ 3 Facebook ads (1 per contract month)
◦ 3 Instagram ads (1 per contract month)
Please note you can purchase ad design for $12.
The digital Hay River REVIEW is posted monthly, on the fourth Friday of the month (except when adjusted for holidays). You can find the schedule on page three in the paper. Deadline for digital ads is noon, two days before posting. Ads received after deadline may be refused or moved to the following edition.
What We Need for Best Results
- Ads supplied ready-to-post and sized correctly
- Text (in logos, too) min. 10pt, 12pt+ recommended
- Graphics should be easily readable (not pixelated)
- Recommended resolution 300dpi, RGB
- File formats: png or hi-res jpg
- Supplied ads will be run as provided. Advertisers assume responsibility for setting up ads correctly.
Service Fee
Paying for digital ads online incurs an additional 2.9% +$.30 to cover transaction costs and our prices already reflect this charge. If you'd rather go the old-fashioned email-and-check route, please email Ads.HayRiverReview@gmail.com.
